What is our goal?

This challenge started with a vision to make those people who were not active to become more active by being part of something that would motivate and encourage them to be active and to build it into their life. The annual challenge enables anyone, regardless of age, health condition/disability or fitness level to complete and experience the physical and psychological benefits that come from taking part.

We want to encourage individuals, families, groups, anyone across the UK and beyond to register for the challenge and in doing so — Choose Active, Change Habits and Love It!

What are we doing?

If you are a returning challenger then you will see that for 2018  we truly are making it as inclusive as possible and going back to what our original vision was.
