Food Friday - Super Berry Smoothie

Using frozen berries is a thrifty way to create smoothies and the oats make it extra filling so it's perfect for an on the go breakfast!


  • 450g bag frozen berry
  • 450g pot fat-free strawberry yogurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 25g porridge oat
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)


  • To make this healthy smoothie just whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together in a blender until smooth.
  • Stir through the porridge oats, then serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.
  • Enjoy!
