For those arriving a little late to the challenge

Due to the huge amount of publicity that has been created since the challenge started on Sunday 31st March 2014 we have had a lot of people register for the challenge over the past 48 hours i.e Monday and Tuesday.

If you have therefore not carried out an activity on either Sunday, Monday or Tuesday we realise that have a bit of catch up to do.

Although this is a fitness challenge, the core team are aware that the challenge goes on for a number of days which can be very demanding. We would therefore like to suggest to our new challengers that it might be an idea that they catch up the missing 15kms over say the next 15 days and instead of doing 5kms per day they think about doing 6kms per day until they are back in line with everyone who started on Sunday.
