I don’t own a fitbit device can I still connect my account?

1. To synchronise data into your my5x50account you can only do this via a Fitbit account.

2. There are many existing apps that will populate a Fitbit account and a list of those is available here - https://www.fitbit.com/partnership

3. You may wish to consider setting up a Fitbit account and linking it to one of the partnership accounts listed – this is done entirely at the risk of the challenger and we are unable to allocate resources or manpower to correcting any data transfer issues that may arise from information coming from 3rd parties.
