I’d really like to join the challenge but I’m nervous about exercising on my own, can I join up with other challengers?

Or check out pre-existing groups such as Jog Scotland (www.jogscotland.org.uk/local-groups). Run England also provide details of existing activities across England (www.runengland.info/). Park Run organise 5K runs across the world in a Saturday morning (www.parkrun.org.uk).

Find a cycling buddy or group via Skyride (www.skyride.com/) or Paths for All promote walking and have numerous walk leaders across Scotland (www.pathsforall.org.uk)
