Meet Siobhan, our bride to be who, like most brides wants to get in shape before the big day but just needed the motivation to get started. So she's using the challenge to get FIT for her wedding in October!
I'm getting married on the 9th of October and have been saying since New Year that I'd like to lose some weight but just haven't gotten round to it. Now that my dress is ordered though I knew i had to stop the excuses and get started. I heard about the 5x50 challenge through a friend who had taken part before, so I decided to sign up with her, as I liked the fact that I could choose what option I do. I chose to do 30 minutes a day because I know that some days I won't feel like going a run but I will be able to do 30 minutes of walking, even if it's during my lunch break!
