What an honour it is for me to be part of the 5x50 charity as it has given me so much in achieving many of my passions in life. From getting people to move more and become more active, creating a 'bit' of the happy vibe and not forgetting being inspired and sometimes a bit emotional when reading the blogs, posts, stories of the challengers #amazing #5x50chal

Since the first challenge, back in 2012, my take on keeping active has changed quite dramatically. I have taken my foot off the gas with regard to how much and what activities I do. I am now more of a walker, throwing in a few cani-fit runs, kettlebell and yoga sessions. As I learn more about the body and mind the one thing I do know and wont change is keeping myself moving regardless of how, when and why. This is why for me the challenge is such a good, positive and possible starting block for anyone and everyone.

I look forward to hearing more inspiring stories, different ways to keep active and more importantly seeing those photos and making this 'online' challenge REAL!
